I support patient access and day-to-day specialty clinic operations in Urology. My work includes scheduling, registration, referrals, follow-up coordination, documentation, and communication across patients and clinical teams.
Career Direction
I want to grow into roles where I’m responsible for more than my own work: teams, workflows, service standards, and the decisions that shape how an organization operates. Healthcare is my foundation, but I’m open to where strong leadership experience may take me over time.
I work in healthcare operations at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Being close to the day-to-day work has taught me what policies and workflows look like once they reach real patients, employees, and a busy clinic.
I’m interested in healthcare administration, operations, and leadership. I don’t have one executive title mapped out years in advance. I want to keep taking on harder work, stronger responsibilities, and opportunities that put me closer to how teams and organizations are run.
I’m Garland-raised, Dallas-based, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
